Kilian was Born in Belgium in 1999. He obtained his Master’s degree in Biochemistry & Biotechnology in 2022 from KU Leuven, where he continued with a PhD in the Laboratory of Bioinorganic Chemistry on the development of tunable metal-oxo clusters as artificial nanozymes for biochemical transformations. As a visiting researcher in the group of Prof. De Roo, he is currently working on zirconium-based core-shell nanocrystals for catalysis.
